Review an existing order

A displayed status provides context, but any specific payment or delivery instructions shown with the order should also be read. Keep the original confirmation available until your enquiry is resolved. If an order does not appear where you expect it, include its reference and the email used at checkout when contacting us.
Maintain accurate account details
Review saved contact and address information before using it for a new purchase. Moving home or changing an email address can leave older details in an account, so do not assume that a saved address is still correct. Updating account information is separate from asking for a change to an order that has already been placed. If a submitted order contains an error, contact us promptly with its reference and explain the correction you are requesting. Check the details again at checkout whenever you make a new purchase.
Help with signing in
If you cannot remember your password, use the password-reset option provided by the account form. Check the inbox and other folders for the email address associated with the account. Do not send your password through the contact form or include it in an order enquiry. If you need further help, explain which step is failing and provide the relevant order reference where one exists. Avoid repeatedly creating new accounts to solve a login problem, as that can make it harder to keep future purchases and previous order information together.
